You are signed out and the account is scheduled for deletion. Nothing else is needed.
Delete account appears once you are a member. Before that, email us. On an older version of the app, it is under Settings, then Profile.
From your account address, with the subject “Delete my account”. We confirm within 48 hours.
Your account is deleted 30 days after you confirm. During that time you cannot sign in. If you try, we show you the date it will be deleted.
To cancel, email us within the 30 days and everything is restored exactly as it was. We will not ask why.
Your name, email and phone number, your profile photo, your Google or Apple sign-in record, your travel document details and the travellers you added, your setup answers and the note written from them, your Saute passport, every trip including drafts, your bookings, saved places and notifications, the notes our team kept about you, and every file and voice note you sent your Concierge. What we keep is below.
Nothing else is kept. Of your account’s records, nothing that identifies you is kept forever; our team’s alerts in Slack are kept with no end date. The full schedule is in our Privacy notice.
Deletion is permanent. It is carried out when the 30 days end. You can sign up again with the same Google or Apple account, but nothing from the old account carries over.
